I am a female seeking a housemate to share historical home in Dayton. You would have, own living room, bedroom and bathroom, with a shower. A shared laundry area and large kitchen, with plenty of room for two. Central air, washer, dryer, big rooms and large back yard, with a privacy fence. One dog is welcome, based on breed and temperament. $500.00, per month, utilities, internet and cable included. There would be a water bill to split every 3 months. I am looking for a housemate to move in November 1st. $xxxx to move in, you must have first and last rent, no deposit required.
